- Dissolve an appropriate amount of Bio Longue Vie® 9-in-1 powder into 200ml of hot water or hot chicken soup. Serve warm. Optional lemon can be added into hot water before serving. A spoon is enclosed which level off to approx. 0.5g of the powder. Optionally, the powder can be directly added into hot soup of hot congee.
- Suitable for adults and children (age of 3 or above).
- Not suitable for children under 3 years old and people who are allergic to mushroom products. Below is the dosage for adults. Half the dosage for children (age of 3 or above) is recommended.
- For general health and well-being, and people with weak immune systems: Once in the morning and in the evening, 1-2g per intake (approx. 2-4 levelled spoons).
- As an adjunct treatment: Once in the morning and in the evening, 2g (approx. 4 levelled spoons) or more per intake.
- Before and after chemo/radiotherapy: 3-4 times per day. 3g (approx. 6 levelled spoons) or more per intake.
