1. The Nu Pharm Online Club offers four membership tiers: Basic, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
2. Except for Basic, the other three tiers require a single purchase or cumulative spending within one year to reach the designated amount to qualify for the respective tier. Membership status is permanent. Basic tier is free to join; Silver tier requires cumulative spending of HK$7,000 or more; Gold tier requires cumulative spending of HK$12,000 or more; Platinum tier requires cumulative spending of HK$22,000 or more.
3. All membership tiers must complete the "Membership Basic Information" form to enjoy the associated benefits.
1. Basic Members and Silver Members earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent, Gold Members earn 2 points for every HK$1 spent, and Platinum Members earn 3 points for every HK$1 spent. Points can be redeemed at a rate of 500 points for HK$1, applicable for future purchases or product exchanges.
2. Shopping points will be automatically credited to the member's account within 5 working days after the order is shipped.
3. Silver, Gold, and Platinum Members can enjoy double points on purchases made during their birthday month, with no limit on the number of transactions.
4. In the case of order cancellations, returns, or refunds, the points earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted.
5. Members can check their points balance through the in their account wallet.
6. All point totals and validity periods are subject to the records of Nu Pharm Online Club.
1. New Basic Members receive a HK$10 no-minimum-spend voucher upon registration.
2. New or upgraded Silver Members receive a HK$20 no-minimum-spend voucher and a 10% off shopping voucher.
3. New or upgraded Gold Members receive a HK$50 no-minimum-spend voucher and a 10% off shopping voucher.
4. New or upgraded Platinum Members receive a HK$100 no-minimum-spend voucher and a 10% off shopping voucher.
